I’ve spent nearly a decade in the health and fitness space, and I’m the founder of Hustle & Thrive, a Melbourne-based gym known for coaching excellence and community. My passion lies in working with young athletes who is a driven group chasing big goals, often without access to the kind of mindset training elite athletes receive.

That’s where I come in. I help athletes, coaches and parents understand the power of mindset and how it affects performance, confidence and growth,Ā Ā more importantly, how to train it.

Whether you’re heading into finals, preparing for trials, or navigating the ups and downs of sport, I’m here to guide the mental game alongside the physical.

I walk the talk, too. CurrentlyĀ Ā training for triathlons, Ironman 70.3 events and Hyrox, constantly pushing my own limits in both fitness and mindset.
