Hi, I'm Caitlin

I’ve been involved in the health and fitness industry for close to a decade. I’m the founder and owner of Hustle & Thrive, a group fitness gym in Melbourne, which has been the recipient of numerous awards and industry recognition. I’ve built my business around outstanding coaching, building relationships with my clients and mentoring many as they work to achieve their individual sporting goals. I l love helping all athletes but especially age group athletes – a motivated group, with lofty goals, but who often haven’t had access to mindset training like many elite athletes.. or are only realising the importance of mastering this skill.
An as avid fitness enthusiast, I’m currently putting my own fitness and mindset to the test as she tackling and training for triathlons, Ironman 70.3 events and Hyrox.
